My usage is not updating?

Please pull down on the app’s main screen to refresh the data. If the problem persists, check that your internet connection is active and that the MySLT portal is accessible. As a final step, log out via the Account tab and then log in again.

Can I add multiple accounts?

Once you are logged in, you can view the usage of all the connections registered under your MySLT account.

Is this the official SLT app?

No, this is an independent, third-party application developed to provide a native experience for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS users. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by SLT Mobitel.
